Joseph L. Banach
Joseph L. Banach, PE, CCM, PMP, LEED AP, CEM, CEA, GBE, CBCP has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel. Mr. Banach retired in 2004 as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer from the US Navy after 22 years of service. He has extensive experience in the design/build arena with the programming, design, quality assurance and program management of various projects. He is an expert in program/construction management and design/build methods for large and complex government projects. As BES D/B’s Managing Partner, Mr. Banach plays an integral role in the delivery of projects, providing operational oversight of assigned resources, scheduling, cost control and cost estimating for various design and construction projects. Mr. Banach has 18 years of experience and is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and holds certifications as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Program Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Green Building Engineer (GBE), and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP).
